Finally, a NEW studio! For years and years, I have been attached to the idea that "more is merrier," so I and my musician friends created an incredibly complex and ridiculously unnecessary studio (not to say that it wasn't AWESOME). But as I got older and had a kid (among other things), I have decided to move from a sprawling city of wires, knobs and buttons to a very compact USEFUL studio which is a hybrid hybrid software and hardware. Currently, my main use of this studio is for N3rDk0R, but I also use it for remixing, random beat-making and practicing my DJ skills.
I have chosen Korg as my main hardware synthesizers. I love they sound, and I how Korg stays true to "old school" analogue modeling. My main controller is the Axiom 25 by M-Audio. The final mixdown and monitoring hardware is M-Audio's Fast Track Pro. For a complete list of gear, check it.

| Here's the new babyproof(?) studio! Not as flamboyant as I've had in the past -- but way more usable. The true heart of this studio is the software (currently, I am using Reason 4.01). The Axoim is one of the greatest controllers I've played with -- and I would have opted for the larger one, but I needed to save the space. And yes .. if you look carefully, you can see that the Theremin is actually mafe of legos |
